Short answers to the things people wonder about the first time they use LvLUp!.
How expensive is LvLUp? +
Trick question! LvLUp is free for everyone. Sign up for a free account and log in to use Notes and your weekly schedule. About, How it works, and FAQ are open to everyone.
Why does my rest day have fewer reps?
You choose your rest day — LvLUp! asks which day you want to rest right after your notes, and that day becomes the light day. For daily activities, it uses two fifths of the usual amount, rounded to the nearest whole number: 10 pushups a day becomes 4 on your rest day. For weekly goals, it uses two fifths of the average six-day share, rounded to a whole number, and takes that amount from the other days so your weekly total stays the same. A weekly goal of 120 reps puts 8 on your rest day; 10 miles puts 1. Small amounts can round to zero, keeping their rest-day patterns.
Can I pick which day is my rest day?
Yes. After your notes, LvLUp! asks which day you want to rest — pick any of the seven. That day takes the lighter two-fifths share and the rest of the week absorbs the difference, so your weekly total never changes.
Does splitting change my total?
No. If your coach says 10 miles, the week adds up to exactly 10 miles. LvLUp! only decides how much lands on which day, and rounds to whole numbers so nothing ends up as a strange fraction.
What if I want the same amount every day?
Say “a day”, “per day”, “every day” or “daily” in the note. “Run 2 miles a day” keeps 2 miles on every activity day rather than dividing it across the week.
Can I put more than one activity in a note?
Yes. Join them with “and”, a comma, or “&”. Each activity becomes its own tickable line on every day, and each keeps its own total.
Where is my schedule kept?
On the device you used. You need a free account to use the app, but your schedule is saved in that browser, not uploaded with your account. Clearing your browser data will clear it.
The mic isn't picking anything up.
Voice capture works best in Chrome or Edge, and the page needs permission to use the microphone. If your browser doesn't support it, the app tells you and you can type the instructions instead — everything else works the same.
I typed new instructions — where did my old week go?
Pressing Enter makes a fresh week and puts it at the top, so the newest plan is the one you see. If the new one isn't right, press the back arrow to return to the notes screen and try again.
Can I fix a goal that came out wrong?
Not yet — editing a single line is still on the list. For now, re-record or retype the note and LvLUp! will build the week again from what you said.
