How it works
Your coach's note, day by day.
Nine quick boxes that tell you exactly what LvLUp! does with your coach's notes — no guessing, no hidden steps.
You give it what your coach said
A note, a voice memo, a text from practice — whatever your coach actually handed you. LvLUp! works from those words instead of asking you to build a plan from scratch.
Say it or type it, both count
Hold the mic up to your coach and press Enter, or type the note yourself. You can record the list and then fix one word by hand — the week is rebuilt from whatever is in the box when you press Enter.
Every activity gets its own line
“Run 10 miles and do 20 pushups” never turns into one blurry task. Running gets a line, pushups get a line, and you tick each one separately — so a half-finished day still shows what you actually did.
You choose your rest day
After the notes, LvLUp! asks which day you want to rest. Pick Friday, Sunday, whichever fits your week — that day takes two fifths of the work, rounded to a whole number. Ten pushups a day becomes four on your rest day. Weekly goals get two fifths of their average six-day share, lifted from the bigger days so the week still adds up to exactly what your coach asked for.
Small numbers keep their own rhythm
When the total is tiny, LvLUp! spreads it one unit at a time instead of cramming it into one day. The days below are shown with Wednesday chosen as the rest day — pick a different one and the same pattern moves with it.
- 1 unitThursday only
- 2 unitsTuesday and Thursday
- 3 unitsTuesday, Thursday, Saturday
- 4 unitsTuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday
- 5 unitsMonday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday
- 6 unitsEvery day except your rest day
Amounts that round to zero on your rest day keep their rest day there.
Big numbers split too
A hundred and twenty reps doesn't land on your shoulders in one day. Your rest day takes eight, the rest spread across the other six days, and the week still totals exactly 120 — whole numbers, no strange fractions.
Your week can start on any day
After the notes, LvLUp! asks which day you want to start on and which day you want to rest. Pick Sunday and your seven days run Sunday through Saturday. Only the order changes — each weekday keeps its own share, so the rest day you picked stays light wherever you begin.
One sentence, one real week
Type this: “Run 10 miles and do 10 pushups a day” — and this is what the app builds:
- MonRun 2 miles · Do 10 pushups a day
- TueRun 2 miles · Do 10 pushups a day
- WedRun 1 mile · Do 4 pushups a day
- ThuRun 2 miles · Do 10 pushups a day
- FriRun 1 mile · Do 10 pushups a day
- SatRun 1 mile · Do 10 pushups a day
- SunRun 1 mile · Do 10 pushups a day
Running still adds to exactly 10 miles, pushups stay daily, and Wednesday carries the lighter share because it is the rest day this example uses — pick another and the light day moves with it.
